Salzburg city is a very popular tourist destination among the tourists visiting Austria, especially famous for its baroque architecture in the Salzburg’s “Old Town” (Altstadt), it was also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. Salzburg is geographically located on the banks of the Salzach river close to the Alps.
